Return Policy

We want you (and your pet) to be satisfied with every order! If something is not quite right, do not worry — you have got14 days from the day you receive your package to let us know and arrange a return.

Who Can Return

Items need to be in their original condition — unused, unopened, with all tags and packaging intact.

You'll also need to provide proof of purchase (e.g. your order number or receipt).

Damaged or Wrong Items

Check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item arrives broken, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

Depending on the case, we'll send you a replacement or issue a refund — and we'll cover all return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs (Customer-Initiated Returns)

Change-of-mind returns are not required under the Australian Consumer Law (Cth) (ACL), however, we offer them as a goodwill gesture.

If you're sending something back for reasons like:

  • You changed your mind
  • Ordered the wrong product

you shall be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Exclusions

We may not accept returns for:

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window (unless faulty).
  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery (unless faulty).
  • Perishable goods (e.g. opened food or treats), unless they are faulty or unsafe.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team by emailing to info@pawsport.au with your order number and details about the item you'd like to return. We'll guide you through the process and provide a return address.
