It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.

14. Monthly Sale Price Policy

We strive to provide you and your pets with the best value. If you find a competitor offering a lower price on our monthly sale product (including GST and delivery charges), we will match it.

This policy does not apply to stock liquidation, clearance sales, or commercial quantity purchases. Please note that we reserve the right to review and approve all price match requests.
